Viking Parade

A spectacular Viking Parade featuring Jarl Squads from throughout Shetland providing a lively event mixing the colourful and distrinctive styles of the 10 different squads.
The Parade will start at 2.00pm from Gilbertson Park and head into the town centre via Commercial Road and the Esplanade culminating at the Market Cross with renditions of the Up Helly Aa songs. The Parade will be accompanied by the Lerwick Brass Band.
